About the arrival Q. How do I get to the apartment? A. You will get detailed info once you have picked the apartment. Q. Will anyone meet me at the apartment? A. Yes, the owners themself Q. What will there be in the apartment? A. All that is necessary to make you feel right at home: bed sheets, blankets, towels; kitchens are fully equipped. Q. Where can I park my car? A. Usually there is à safe park outside the apartment About Booking Q. How do I book? A. Once you have picked the apartment you like and we have checked its availability, you'll be asked to send us a down payment. At this point the booking is finalized and the apartment of your choice is reserved for you. For detailed information please go to our Booking guide Q. What is a security deposit? A. It is a sum of money that you are required to deposit upon arrival. It will be entirely refunded the day you leave less any damage that may be done to the property. Q. Is weekly rental Saturday to Saturday only? A. No, you can arrive any day of the week, holidays included. Q. Is the rent all inclusive? A. It depends on the apartment. Q. Can I get maid service, a cot, a baby chair? A. Yes, we just need to know with a week's advance. The charges are extra. Q. How can I pay? A. You can pay cash. Please note that we do not accept credit cards and personal checks. |
